1-6 Inch Automatic Wire Nail Making Machine
Automatic Nail Making Machine is the basic machine of the whole production line. It connects the wire drawing machine and the polishing & packing process. It is used for making the common wire nails.

1-6 Inch Common Nail Production Line
1-6 Inch Common Nails Production Line Contains the below several Process：
- Material: Original 6.5 mm in diameter Q195 & Q235 Carbon Steel
- Frequency Conversion Wire Drawing Machine: To draw the original 6.5 mm Carbon Steel to small diameter wire rod like 4.5 mm, 3.8 mm, 3.4 mm, 2.8 mm. The quick-wear parts are: Different size drawing mould, drawing powder.
- Nail Making Machine: Put the small diameter coiled rod on a wire reel, then feeding it into the common nail making machine. Our Automatic Nail Making Machine can form the Nail Head, Nail Shank, Nail Point with one time cutting. The quick-wear parts are: Nail Die Cutter, Nail Gripper Mould, Nail Punch Pin.
- Nail Polishing Machine: Put the semi-finished nails into the polishing drums, it will remove the dust iron of the semi-finished nail surfaces. The finished wire nails are bright and surfaces are very smooth.
- Nail Packing: Generally, there are two ways for packing the common nails, they are Plastic Bag Packing and Paper Box Packing. This is mainly depending on the final customer’s requirements and buying habit.

The Wire Drawing Machine is used to drawn the original steel wire diameter from 6.5 mm to a certain small diameter according to the final nail’s diameter requirement.

Nail Knife Grinding Machine: This machine is mainly used for sharpen the nail knife installed on the wire nail making machine. When the nail making machine is working, every minute, the nail knife cuts the nail around 400 pieces, this is a great using pressure for the nail knife. The knife will become blunt after 2 – 3 days using, please use the knife griding machine to sharpen the kinfe frequently.

Wire Sharpening Mill: This machine is used as the head process of the wire drawing machine. For example, for the drawing process from wire rod diameter from 6.5 mm to 5.9 mm, it is extremely hard for the 6.5 mm wire rod go through the 5.9 mm drawing die manually. So, we can use the Sharpening Mill, it will sharpen some of the 6.5 mm wire rod to smaller diameter less than 5.9 mm. Then, it is easy to put these smaller steel wire through the 5.9 mm drawing die on the wire drawing machine.
