Copper Coated Steel Wire for Coil Nail
The Coil nail welding wire is necessary and consumption material during the whole coil nail production line. It is low carbon steel wire with heat treatment and coated a layer of copper. Welding wires for coil nails are mainly applied to produce all kinds of coil nails.
- Artwork on carbon: Neutral or customized
- Surface Treatment: Copper Coated
- Diameter Size: 0.60 mm, 0.65mm, 0.70 mm, 0.80 mm
- Packing Size: 16Kgs / Spool; 18Kgs/ Spool
- Elongation: 15 – 20%
Choose the right welding wire diameter based your nails
- For Nail Length Less than 50 mm, it should use 0.6 mm diameter welding wire.
- For Nail Length 50-80 mm, it should use 0.7 mm diameter welding wire.
Using Standard: Around 20 – 25 Kg coated copper welding wire can produce 1 ton coil nails.
