High Speed Thread Rolling Machine
Thread Rolling Machine is one essential machine for the Coil Nail Thread Shank Production Line. It can make different type screw by changing the forming mould.
The Machine Working Procedure:
- Put the polished wire nail on the vibrating plate.
- The Vibrating plate will order the nails in turn inside the transfer pathway.
- The nails will go through the nail shank screaw forming mould one by one.
- Machine Producing Speed: 1200 Pieces / Min
Note: On the top of the pathway, there is a monitoring sensor, if there is no nails on the pathway, the machine will stop automatically.
