Wire Drawing Machine
The Wire Drawing Machine is a connection machine between the original carbon steel wire rod and the common nail making machines.
Its producing capacity mainly decide the next procedure nail making capacity and efficiency. It mainly has the below several types:
- Common Dry Wire Drawing Machine (Price is good, but with high power consumption)
- Frequency Conversion Wire Drawing Machine (Much Energy Saving, but price is a little high)
- Water Tank Wire Drawing Machine (Mainly used to draw the binding wire, chank link fence)

#01 Peeling System
It is the peeling part for the wire drawing machine. It is used to peel the oxide skin and rust of the wire rod before they get into the wire drawing machine.
#02 Wheel Structure
This part is to make the wire moving direction turn easily. It can save the motor working strength, by saving the energy cost and much longer using time.
#03 Drawing Powder Box
When the wire rod go directly through the drawing powder box, the drawing powder will form a lubrication film between the wire rod surface and the drawing mould, in order to reduce the friction between the interface and save the energy during the drawing. By the way, it can also longer the using time for the drawing mould.
#04 Box Type Gear Reducer System
This System makes the wire drawing machine works stable. Our factory use the famous brand Gear Reducer in China, it can surely ensure the quality no gear oil leakage out.
#05 The Drawing Drum
The Wire Drawing Drum surface is Tungsten Carbide Spray Treatment, which will surely ensure the using period 8 – 10 times longer than the common treatment.
#06 Auto Discharging System
We add a small motor on the last drawing machine; it can increase the working efficiency quite a lot and save the labor cost.
#07 The Control Cabinet
The Control Cabinet can control the rolling speed of each drum individual by adjust the rolling speed and power.
